Our Curriculum
Curriculum- is a frame work for what children learn at Shiny Stars Pre-School, which emphasizes development through play and is tailored to our children’s needs and interests. The Framework outlines seven areas of learning. At Shiny Stars Pre-School we are making sure that children build essential knowledge and skills for future learning.
Our Vision
At Shiny Stars Pre-School we provide quality and consistent education and care to all our children. We are a multicultural setting based in Peterborough city centre.
We pride ourselves on having a welcoming multi-lingual team who will go above and beyond to build trusting relationships with both children and parents to make sure our families feel valued, secure and safe.
We like to bring home experiences into our preschool and we share our activities with our parents. We aim to provide stimulating, challenging and fun activities to build on children’s learning and development. We believe these experiences are done through play and based on children’s unique and valued interests, skills, confidence and needs.
We continue to carefully evaluate our activities, experiences and environment on the intent, implementation and impact they have for each child so that each child can reach their full potential.

We welcome children into our preschool from age 2 up to school age.
